On September 19, the Foreign Information, Consultancy, and Service Center under Phu Tho Department of Foreign Affairs hosted the award ceremony for the online contest themed “Phu Tho with Japanese Partners - Trust, Companionship, Forward to the future”.
The Foreign Information, Consultancy, and Service Center’s leader presented awards to outstanding competitors.
From August 15 to 30, 2023, “Phu Tho with Japanese partners - Trust, companionship, Forward to the future” online contest held for officials, civil servants, and public employees working in the province’s agencies, departments, branches, branches, People’s Committees of districts, towns, cities, and socio-political organizations; residents residing in the province; the Department of Foreign Affairs, the Union of Friendship Organizations of Centrally Directed Cities and Provinces; and Japanese citizens presently living, studying, and working in Vietnam.
The organizing committee received over 600 entries from candidates from the province’s agencies, units, institutions, and colleges, with many contestants of Japanese origin. As a consequence, the organizing committee awarded a VND1 million First Prize to candidate Trieu Thi Van Trang - English teacher (Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted); two VND700,000 Second Prizes; and three VND500,000 Third Prizes.
The contest is a practical activity to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan, with the goal of improving understanding, creating consensus, trust, and public support for the cooperative relationship in which Phu Tho works with Japanese partners. Simultaneously, the contest brings the province’s image, strong preferential policies, attractive business investment environment, and so on closer to Japanese investors and enterprises.
